By creating an account, listing an item or service, sending a message, or otherwise using Rewa (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Rewa is operated by [Company Name] (“Rewa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Rewa. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can enter into a binding contract. If you use Rewa on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity on your account. Notify us at [support email] as soon as you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Rewa provides a platform where users list, discover, and communicate about pre-loved Indian clothing and related services. Unless a listing is explicitly marked as sold by Rewa, Rewa is not the seller, importer, or reseller of any item and is not a party to any transaction between users.

You are solely responsible for the listings, photos, descriptions, messages, reviews, and other content (“User Content”) that you submit. By posting User Content you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant Rewa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Sellers must accurately disclose, in each listing:

• Whether the item is new, used, tailored, or custom-fit.
• Condition, including stains, tears, pilling, fading, odors, or repairs.
• Alterations (hemming, blouse resizing, fall & pico, added padding, etc.).
• Missing pieces (dupatta, blouse piece, inner skirt, buttons, dori, etc.).
• Any authenticity concerns for branded or designer items.
• Truthful photos of the actual item, not stock or borrowed images.

You may not use Rewa to list, sell, or share:

• Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off goods.
• Stolen goods or items you do not have the right to sell.
• Weapons, drugs, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Sexual, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Scams, spam, misleading listings, or impersonation of another person or brand.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

We may, but are not required to, review User Content. We may remove listings, limit visibility, warn users, restrict messaging, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the community.

Every user can report a listing or another user, and block users to stop receiving messages from them. Reports can be sent to [support email] and are reviewed by our team. We take repeated or serious violations seriously and may remove content or accounts without prior notice.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on price, item condition, meetup or shipping arrangements, payment method, delivery, returns, and dispute resolution. Rewa is not a party to these agreements and does not hold funds unless we explicitly offer such a feature.

Meet in safe, public locations when possible, inspect items before paying, and use payment methods that offer buyer and seller protection.

Rewa does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the identity or behavior of any user, the authenticity or condition of any item, that payments will complete, or that any transaction will be successful. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Rewa may introduce listing fees, seller fees, service fees, promotional fees, or paid features in the future. If we do, we will describe them in the app before you incur them, and applicable fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at [support email].

Because Rewa is not the seller, refunds, returns, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly between the buyer and seller. We encourage users to agree on return policies before completing a sale. If a dispute cannot be resolved, contact [support email] and we may, at our discretion, review the conversation and take account-level action.

The Rewa name, logo, site design, and software are owned by Rewa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may stop using Rewa at any time and delete your account from the profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewa and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service or any transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the fees you paid to Rewa in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rewa harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in [jurisdiction], unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
